Personal data policy
The Russian text is the binding version of this document. This page is a translation of the same meaning.
The operator and seller is individual entrepreneur Aleksandr Kushnir. 305534295. Phone +995-511-17-16-54. Email for requests, including personal-data requests: info@gehelp.org. The service is called «Georgian Help».
Edition 2 of 28 September 2026.
The operator processes personal data.
1. Which data. Email and phone — for sign-in, receipts and notices, until the account is deleted, and for 30 days after. A name, if you gave one — to address you, until the account is deleted. A hash of the network address — for protection and proof of consent, for 1 year. Browser data — for the session. The consent log — for as long as proof requires. Answers, progress and attempts — to run the trainer, until the account is deleted. Payment details without card data — for the accounting retention period. An encrypted payment-method token — until you unlink it. A passport, date of birth and home address are not requested.
2. Why. Account sign-in, access to the trainer, receipts, refunds, repeat charges for the plan you paid for until the payment method is deleted, security, and replies to your requests. Marketing email — only with a separate consent.
3. Grounds. The contract and the offer, a separate consent to processing, and legal duties for receipts and payment records.
4. Who receives data. A hosting provider stores the database and files under a processing contract. A mail service receives the address and the text of the email. A messaging and calling provider receives the phone and the code. The payment provider receives payment data as an independent operator. Yandex ID, VK ID, Sber ID and T-ID receive the fact of sign-in as independent operators if you chose that method. The Yandex counter receives de-identified events only after your consent and only while it is enabled on the site. Translation drafts are prepared without personal data.
5. Abroad. Reminders through foreign messengers and push servers are off, and no cross-border transfer is made for them. If you yourself gave a foreign address for receipts, the email goes to that address.
6. Retention and protection. Periods are in section 1. The channel is encrypted. Staff access is limited to what the job needs, and viewing of open data is logged.
7. Your rights. You may request information, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent in account settings or by email to info@gehelp.org. The reply is within 10 business days. Withdrawal does not cancel processing the operator must keep by law, such as payment records.
8. Browser files. Details are in the browser-file policy.
The separate consent text checked at registration: consent to personal data processing.
