Refund
Write which access you want refunded and why. Support confirms the amount.
If you only turn renewal off, access stays until the end of the period already paid. The money for that period is not returned just because renewal was turned off.
If you end the contract at once, access stops. The remainder is the amount of the current period multiplied by the share of unused days.
Money returns by the same method used to pay. We reply within 10 business days. You can also send the request to info@gehelp.org.
